SFTP Chapter 1

"I believe she should open her eyes"

"Why Bramblesky?"

"Your kit is old enough"

Rosekit listened to the conversation between Bramblesky and her mother.She squeaked feeling a warm muzzle nuzzing her flank.

"Come on you could try to open your eyes" A warm voice asked.

She slowly opened her eyes blinking in the sunlight coming from the entrance into the nursery.Rosekit, looked at what spoke to her and turned to a large tom sitting infront of her.His fur was grey but his legs where darker he grinned noticing her looking at him, he had amber eyes that filled with kindness.

"Hey there welcome to Frozenclan my dear daughter" He smiled licking her head.

Rosekit squeaked, she sat her two paws on his muzzle then looked at his eyes watching him.He laughed then gently pushed her off his muzzle.

She meowed in shock tumbling back.

"Rosekits up!" Came a joyful meow.

Rosekit hadnt time to move before three kits ran over to her.

One was white with a black muzzle, black tipped ears, paws and tail tip.His eyes where icey blue and showed happiness.

Another was black with a white muzzle, paws, and chest.He had amber eyes.

The last one was silver with a lighter muzzle, under belly, paws and under her tail,black spots under her eyes, dark grey tips on her ears and a stripe that went from her head to her tail.She had icey blue eyes.

"Hi Rosekit im Scarkit!" The white one meowed grinning.

"Im Lightningkit" The black one meowed.

"Im Aquakit" Said the silver one.

"Wanna play?" Lightningkit asked.

"Okay!" Rosekit said then leapt at them, grinning.

They played in the grass for awhile, the medicine cat came to watch as Rosekit leapt on Aquakit only to be knocked off my Lightningkit.

"Shes awfully small isnt she" She said to Spiritsong as she walked over.

"Yes, she is I just wonder if she will grow" Spiritsong wondered.

"Im sure she will remember to keep a eye on her" Mossfur said looking at her innocently.

"I know" Spiritsong groaned glaring at Mossfur.

"I hate to stop this conversation." Came a sarcatistic voice behind them. "But do anyone of you have to know where Miststar happens to be?"

"Tanglepaw thats no way to speak to a Queen and a Medicine Cat!" Mossfur scolded.

"Its urgent" He said, his ears going down with embarrsment.

"Should be coming back from patrol" Mossfur said.

Tanglepaw turned to leave but a large yowl sounded from the entrance causing the playing kits to look up in fright.

"Warriors!" Miststar yowled racing into the camp followed by others.

"What?" A grey tom replied with large teeth.

"Wingclan is attacing!" Miststar yowled louder above the worried cats.

As soon as she finished a large yowl echoed from the trees.
